You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Soctribe is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard login information.

When purchasing tickets, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Soctribe does not store full credit card or sensitive banking details. By completing a transaction, you authorize the payment provider to charge the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable fees or taxes.

All ticket sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in the event’s specific refund policy. Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, or rescheduling policies may vary depending on the event organizer. In cases where an event is postponed, modified, or canceled, the responsibility for refunds or alternative arrangements rests primarily with the event organizer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Soctribe acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the actual organization, quality, safety, legality, or execution of events listed on the platform. Event descriptions, schedules, venues, and content are provided by the respective organizers. While we strive to ensure accurate information, we do not guarantee that all event details will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

Users agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to unauthorized resale of tickets where restricted, attempting to bypass security measures, interfering with website functionality, engaging in fraudulent transactions, using automated systems to access the platform without permission, or violating any applicable laws.

Soctribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in suspicious activity, or attempt fraudulent transactions. We may also refuse service at our discretion where necessary to protect the integrity and security of the platform.

All content on Soctribe.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Soctribe and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soctribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events purchased through the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, travel expenses, or missed opportunities resulting from event cancellation, postponement, or modification.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ticket giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the website will be free from viruses or harmful components. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soctribe, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Soctribe is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
